daily routine.

Try the stairs instead of the elevator.
Walk or cycle short distances - leave the car!
Park your car further from work, or get off your bus a stop early.
Small changes in your lifestyle are cumulative and you will reap the benefits
in the long run. In order to stay motivated to exercise, try to engage in varied
activities that you enjoy. Once you get started you'll quickly gather momentum
and start picking up good habits.
